It depends on scope, so we quote after a short call rather than from a list. Every project gets a fixed quote before work starts, and the audit or discovery week is credited in full toward the project that follows.
How long does it take?
The audit takes five to seven business days. Discovery takes one week. Most builds take four to eight weeks after that, with a working version to look at every Friday.
Who owns the work?
You do. The code, the designs, the words and the documents are yours, and so are the accounts they run on.
Can you automate the work my team does by hand?
Yes, and it's a large part of what we do. We come in, watch how the work really gets done, and map every step with the people doing it. Then we cut the steps that only exist out of habit and build automations and AI assistants into the tools you already use. You keep the judgment calls; the copying, chasing and re-keying go away.
Our team hasn't used AI much. Is that a problem?
No, it's the point. The workshop starts from your real tasks, not from the technology, and most people leave with something working the same day.
What happens after launch?
You get documentation and a team that knows how to run it. If you want us to keep going, the monthly team carries on with no minimum term. Site care keeps everything updated, backed up and running.
Do you work with teams outside the US?
Yes. We work remotely with teams anywhere, on US business hours.
Is there a founding client rate?
