The rules for this site, the free tools and our own products. Paid work runs on the contract we sign with you instead.
These terms cover writteninpixels.studio, the free tools on it and the products we publish. Using any of them means you accept what is written here. They are between you and Written in Pixels LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
Paid work is different. That is governed by the contract we sign with you, and where that contract and these terms disagree, the contract wins.
using the site.
You may read the site, use the free tools and share links to anything on it. You may not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, break into any part of it, strip our name off our work and present it as yours, or use it to do something illegal.
We may change, pause or withdraw any free tool at any time. They are free, and we would rather retire one than keep a bad one running.

The audit and the chat answer using language models. They can be wrong, and they will sometimes be confidently wrong. Treat the output as a prompt for your own thinking rather than a professional opinion, and check anything you plan to act on.
Do not put confidential, personal or regulated information into them. What you type is sent to a model provider so an answer can come back, as the privacy statement describes.

Navala, OodleFlow, unstuck, flow_state, The Hour After and the Garden Walk apps are ours. They are offered as they are, with no promise that they will be available, bug free or kept running forever. Anything you make inside them stays yours.
The Garden Walk apps and The Hour After support wellbeing. They are wellness software. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, they are not therapy, and they do not replace a doctor or a mental health professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number.
what belongs to whom.
The site, its words, its design, the Written Sans typeface and our name and marks belong to Written in Pixels LLC. Case studies describe work done inside Meta and Autodesk, and those products and marks belong to their owners. Nothing here grants you a licence to our brand.
Send us feedback and we may act on it without owing you anything for it. Keep anything you would rather own.
the things we do not promise.
Everything on this site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost data, arising from the site, the free tools or the products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to 100 US dollars or what you paid us for the thing in question, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

We link to other people's sites, including research we cite and the services we use. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what is on them.
law and disputes.
Florida law governs these terms, and the courts of Pinellas County handle anything that cannot be settled between us. Before filing anything, write to us. Most things are a misunderstanding, and we would rather fix it than litigate it.

We update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top moves when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
