The audit · 5 to 7 business days

find what's in the way.

We go through your website, store or app the way a new customer does. Then we show you where people get lost, why it happens and what to fix first.

Fixed scope. Findings in five to seven business days. Credited in full toward a project within 30 days.

  • Pay once it's booked
  • Credited toward your project
  • Yours to keep either way
What you get

Six things, ready to act on.

Every finding comes with the fix, and the worst moments come back already rewritten.

Where people drop off

Your analytics read page by page. Device split, the steps where sessions end and the leaks in sign-up or checkout.

Why they leave

We walk every path a new customer takes and mark each place they'd hesitate, backtrack or get stuck. If you already record sessions or run heatmaps, we read those too.

Every page, with fixes

A page-by-page breakdown with the fix for each problem. The worst moments come back rewritten, ready to paste in to help grow revenue.

Access and speed

A WCAG 2.2 AA pass and a load-time check on an ordinary phone, with the issues customers hit first.

A ranked plan

Every fix ordered by what it's worth and what it takes, so the biggest wins go first.

What it's worth

An estimate of the monthly revenue between where you convert today and published benchmarks for businesses like yours.

How it works

Three steps and five to seven business days.

Step 1 · 20 minutes

A fit call

We check that you have enough traffic to read and the kind of problem the audit finds. You pay at the next step, if it fits.

Step 2

You decide

If it fits, we send a fixed quote and book your audit week. If it doesn't, we'll tell you what would help instead.

Step 3 · 5 to 7 business days

Your findings

The report, the ranked plan and a walkthrough call with the people who did the work.

A good fit

Who it's for

  • Websites, stores and apps with steady traffic that isn't turning into enough customers
  • Owners who want evidence before paying for a redesign
  • Teams whose product has grown hard to use, with support tickets to prove it
Not the right start

Who it's not for

  • Sites before launch, or with too little traffic to read. Discovery week fits better.
  • Products that need rebuilding from the ground up. Discovery week answers that faster.
Our promises

What you can count on.

Pay when it's booked

You pay only when the audit week is on the calendar, after the fit call.

Every dollar credited

Go ahead with a project within 30 days and the whole audit counts toward it.

A straight answer

If your site is healthy, we'll say so and point to where the growth is, whether that's traffic, the offer or keeping customers.

The report is yours to keep, whatever you decide next.

Questions

About the audit.

When do we pay?

Once the audit week is booked. The 20-minute fit call comes first, to check the audit suits you.

Why not go straight to a redesign?

The audit shows where the money is before you spend on a build. Its cost carries forward in full, so it isn't extra.

What do you need from us?

Read access to your analytics and to your site, store or app, and 30 minutes for a kickoff. If you record sessions or run heatmaps, we'll read those too.

What if you don't find anything big?

We'll tell you. Some sites are healthy, and the growth is in traffic, the offer or keeping customers. You'll know which.

Who does the work?

One person does all of it, a content designer and UX designer with twelve years of this work at Meta and Autodesk.

Is the quote the whole price?

Yes. It's fixed before we start, and it's credited in full toward a project started within 30 days.

Is there a founding client rate?

Yes. Founding clients pay their first project at cost, only what it costs us to deliver and nothing for our time, in return for a published case study, a quote, their logo on our site and a review. Anyone can apply. Apply for a founding spot.

What is the first look, then?

An automatic read of one page. Paste a link and it flags the most obvious issue in seconds. The audit is a person going through everything.

Find out what's in the way.

Book a 20-minute fit call. If it fits, your findings arrive five to seven business days after the audit starts.
