nothing hidden. nothing in the way.
Simple means we don't hide anything: not the scope, not the trade-offs, not the parts you could do without us. We put people first, the ones who use what we make and the ones who pay for it, and we work with integrity because that's the only way the work holds up. Our goal is yours: take what you're trying to do and make it easier to reach.
- Scope and quote fixed before we start
- Starting weeks credited in full
- No minimum term on monthly work
- You own the code and designs
Three things we measure on every project.
Not pages delivered or features added. What got easier for the people using it, what your team stopped doing by hand, and what grew.
Customers find what they came for
Fewer questions, fewer support calls, fewer people giving up halfway. The next step is obvious on every screen, in words they already use.
Your team stops doing it by hand
The copying, chasing and re-typing goes to software. Hours come back every week, and the mistakes that came with the hand work go with it.
More of the right people become customers
More visitors who buy, more carts that close, more clients who stay. We take the numbers before we start and again after launch, so you can see the difference.
Start with one week. Build after that.
Both starts are fixed in scope and credited in full toward the project that follows. You keep what we make either way, and you leave knowing what would change and whether it's worth doing.
The audit
Where you lose customers, and the fix5 to 7 business days
We find where your website, store or app loses people and what to fix first, so fewer visitors leave and fewer customers write in confused. Credited in full toward a project within 30 days.
- Where people drop off, page by page
- Every place people hesitate or get stuck, and why
- Rewritten copy for the worst moments
- An accessibility and speed check
- A ranked plan and a walkthrough call
Discovery week
Build, buy or skip, decided1 week
We map the problem and tell you plainly whether to build it, buy something that exists or skip it, so you don't spend a quarter building the wrong thing. Credited in full toward the build.
- The problem and the workflow around it, mapped
- A build, buy or skip recommendation, with reasons
- The plan for screens, stack and data
- A fixed scope and quote for the build
- About three hours of your time across the week
Four kinds of build. One team on all of them.
Each one includes content design, UX design, accessibility and engineering. The scope and the fixed quote come from discovery or the audit, sized to what the work will change for you.
Websites and CMS
More visitors become customers4 to 8 weeks
A site your team can update in minutes, written and designed for the people you want to reach, so more of them get in touch and fewer bounce.
- Messaging and every word, by a content designer
- Custom design built on your brand
- A CMS your team can edit without us
- Fast pages, built for search and AI answers
- Content moved over with your rankings kept
Store builds and redesigns
Fewer abandoned carts4 to 8 weeks
Shopify stores designed around the moment someone decides to buy, so more carts close and fewer orders need a support email.
- Product pages that answer the questions that stop a sale
- Mobile first, from the first sketch
- Subscriptions, migrations and Shopify Plus
- Checkout and trust details reviewed end to end
- Search rankings kept through the move
Software and apps
Hand work, done by software6 to 8 weeks
MVPs, SaaS products, customer portals, dashboards and internal tools, built so the work your team does by hand today happens on its own.
- Flows mapped before a screen is drawn
- Flows, screens and every word designed together
- A design system so new features stay consistent
- Full-stack engineering, tested and documented
- A working version every Friday
Workflow audit and automation
Hours back every weekone week to map · a few weeks to automate
We map how the work really gets done, cut the steps that only exist out of habit, and build the automations and AI assistants that take over the rest. How it works.
- A workflow map drawn with the people who do the work
- Assistants that answer from your own documents and data
- Automations for documents, email, tickets and reports
- Conversation design, so it sounds like you and hands off to a person when it should
- Connected to the tools you already use
- Evaluation rubrics for teams training their own models
Hand the repeat work back to software.
Hours back every weekone week to map it · a few weeks to automate it
We come in and watch how the work really gets done. Every business runs on a few dozen small routines nobody wrote down: the order that gets re-typed into three systems, the invoice someone chases by hand, the question answered the same way forty times a day. We sit with the people doing them, map every step, and cut the ones that only exist out of habit. Then we build the automations and AI assistants that take over the rest, connected to the tools you already use.
You keep the judgment calls. The copying, chasing and re-keying go away, and the mistakes that came with them go too.
Start with the workflow map on its own. If the honest answer is that a cheaper tool or a simpler routine would do, we say so and you keep the map.
What you get
- A map of how the work flows today, drawn with the people who do it
- Every manual step counted, timed and ranked by what it costs you
- Steps cut, merged or moved before anything gets automated
- Automations and assistants built into your existing tools
- Training for the team, and a playbook they can keep
- Hours saved measured before and after, so the gain is real
Keep it simple as you grow.
Both run month to month with 30 days notice. Stop any time and keep everything.

We're looking for founding clients.
You pay what we pay.your first project · nothing for our time
We're new, and we know trust is earned, not claimed. So our founding clients pay only what a project costs us: software, hosting and any outside help, passed through at exactly what we pay. Not a dollar for our time. You get the work. We get the chance to prove it.
Anyone can apply. A one-page site, a store, an app, an automation, a product you've been putting off. Tell us what's in the way and what would change if it weren't. Monthly work stays at the usual rate. Spots go in the order people sign.
A short form, about three minutes. We reply within three business days with a yes, a no or a question.
In return, we'd like
- A published case study, with your before and after
- A short quote with your name
- Your logo on our site
- A review on Google or Clutch
- The numbers that moved, so we can say what the work did
A sliding scale, any time
For nonprofits and mission-driven teams, on anything on this page. Priced against your budget rather than ours.
Paid to others, not to us
Hosting, domains and software subscriptions are billed by those companies directly, in your name. AI services add usage costs. We tell you what to expect for all of it before you sign.
Not sure which one fits?
Tell us what you're working on. We'll point you to the smallest step that answers the question, even when that isn't us.
