privacy statement.

What this studio collects, why we have it and what you can ask us to do about it. Written to be read, not to be survived.

Last updated 10 October 2026

This statement covers writteninpixels.studio and the free tools on it. It comes from Written in Pixels LLC, a Florida limited liability company, and it says what we collect, why we have it and what you can ask us to do about it.

the short version.

We do not sell your information. We do not run advertising. We do not build a marketing list out of people who write to us. What you send reaches a person at this studio, who replies to it.

what we collect.

When you write to us

The contact form asks for your name, your email address and whatever you choose to tell us about your product. Our form host passes it to us by email. We keep it so we can reply and, if we end up working together, so we have a record of how the project started.

When you use a free tool

The audit tool and the chat on this site send what you type to a language model provider so an answer can come back. We log the question and the answer to see whether the tool is useful. Do not paste anything confidential into either one.

When you simply read the site

Our host records ordinary server information such as your rough location, your browser and which page you asked for. We may use privacy-first analytics that counts visits without cookies and without following you to other sites.

On your own device

The unstuck tool remembers that you have opened it before, using a single value stored in your browser. It stays on your device, we never see it, and clearing your browser data removes it.

who else touches it.

We use a small number of companies to run the studio. Each one sees only what it needs to do its job, and none of them is permitted to sell your information.

WhoWhat for
NetlifyHosting the site and receiving form submissions
CloudflareServing the site and counting visits without cookies
Anthropic and OpenAIGenerating the answers in the audit tool and the chat
Resend and Google WorkspaceSending and receiving our email
CalendlyBooking a call, if you choose to book one
Buy Me a CoffeeTaking a tip, if you choose to leave one

Links out to Calendly, Buy Me a Coffee and our own products take you to services with their own privacy terms. We would also hand over information if the law required it of us.

how long we keep it.

Messages stay in our email while there is any reason to have them, and project records stay for seven years after the work ends, because that is what tax and contract law expects. Tool logs are kept for about twelve months. Ask us to delete something sooner and we will, unless we are required to hold it.

what you can ask for.

Write to hello@writteninpixels.studio and ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction or a deletion. We reply within 30 days.

If you are in the EU, the UK or a US state with a privacy law, those laws give you these rights by name. We honour them for everyone rather than checking where you live first.

children.

This site is for people running businesses, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Some of our own products are built for children and are opened by a parent or guardian. Each of those carries its own notice, on the product itself.

security, and what we cannot promise.

The site runs over HTTPS, access to our accounts is limited to the people who need it and protected with two factor authentication. No service can promise perfect security. If a breach ever affected your information we would tell you and the relevant authority, as the law requires.

changes.

When this statement changes we update the date at the top. For a change that affects you materially we will say so on the site rather than quietly swapping the text.

disclaimer.

This statement describes our practices in plain language. It is not legal advice, and it is not a contract. Nothing here creates a guarantee about outcomes, availability or security.

The free tools on this site, including the audit and the chat, generate their output with language models. The output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. It is a starting point for your own judgment, not professional advice, and it is provided as is.

Products we publish for wellbeing are wellness software. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional.
