Track three · AI automation and architecture

the work that runs your business, running itself.

We design and build the agents, automations and systems that take repeat work off your team. Built into the tools you already use, engineered to hold in production and owned by you.

See the systems

What you are getting

Senior engineers only

The people who scope the system are the people who build it.

Built inside your tools

Your CRM, your inbox, your calendar. Nothing to migrate to.

Private when it must be

Models on your own hardware when the data cannot leave the building.

The principle

AI is a system you run, not a feature you buy.

A chatbot bolted onto a website is a gimmick. A system that reads the inquiry, checks the calendar, books the slot, updates the CRM and tells the right person is an operation.

We build the second kind. Every automation we ship is mapped from how your team works today, engineered to fail safely and watched after launch. When it cannot handle something, it hands the case to a person rather than guessing.

Where the hours go

The same six problems, in almost every business.

None of them looks expensive on its own. Together they are the reason the week ends before the work does.

The same data, typed twice

A form, then a spreadsheet, then the CRM. Three copies, none of them current.

Leads that wait

An inquiry lands at noon and gets a reply the next morning. By then they have called someone else.

Follow ups that slip

The quote went out. Nobody chased it. The deal quietly went cold.

Reports built by hand

Every Monday someone exports, pastes and formats. The numbers are stale by Tuesday.

Scheduling over email

Four messages to agree a time, a fifth to move it, a sixth to remind them.

Answers only one person knows

The process lives in someone's head and their inbox. When they are out, it stops.

What we build

Six systems, one team.

Take one, or the set. Each is built into the tools you already run and handed over with the documentation to keep it that way.

AI agents

Assistants that answer questions and take action inside your tools, using your own data, with a person one click away.

Built forTeams answering the same questions all day.

What changesAnswers in seconds. Escalation to a human when the case needs one.

Business process automation

The hand-offs between your tools done by software. Invoices, onboarding, approvals and records move on their own.

Built forOperations teams living in spreadsheets and copy paste.

What changesFewer re-typed fields and fewer things dropped between steps.

Customer communication systems

Replies, reminders and updates that go out on time and in your voice, across email, text and chat.

Built forBusinesses where a slow reply costs the job.

What changesEvery inquiry answered. Every appointment reminded.

Lead capture and qualification

Forms, chat and call notes that turn into a scored lead in your CRM, with the next step already set.

Built forTeams losing leads between the form and the phone.

What changesHot leads reach a person first. Cold ones get a polite, useful reply.

CRM and operations automation

Your CRM kept clean and current without anyone typing. Stages, tasks, follow ups and hand-offs happen on their own.

Built forSales and service teams with a CRM nobody trusts.

What changesThe pipeline tells the truth, and the follow up never depends on memory.

Custom AI development

Models, retrieval and workflows built for the one problem no off the shelf tool covers, engineered to run in production.

Built forBusinesses with a workflow no product was made for.

What changesA system you own, rather than a subscription you rent.

Secure AI, off the cloud

We run the model on your own hardware or inside your private network. Nothing goes to a public API, and nothing is used to train anyone else's model. Same agents, same automations, with your records staying where they are.

Built forClinics, firms and anyone with a contract or a regulator that says the data stays home.

Strategic advisory

Before we build anything, we tell you what is worth building.

The advisory work sits around every system, and you can take it on its own.

AI readiness audit

Where the hours go, what your data can support and which tasks are safe to hand to software.

Workflow mapping

Every step, every tool and every hand-off, mapped with the people who actually do the work.

Tool and model selection

Which platform, which model and when a plain script beats both. We have no reseller deals to steer you toward.

Data, privacy and access

What the system may read, what it may write and who signs off. Set before the first line of code.

Team training and handover

Your people learn to run it, change it and switch it off. The documentation stays with you.

Measurement and tuning

We agree what better looks like before we start, then watch the numbers after launch and adjust.

Our promise before you spend anything

If automation will not pay for itself in your business, we say so on the first call and send you away with a plan you can run yourself.

How it works

Four steps, start to finish.

Discover

We map where the hours go, with the people who do the work. You get a ranked list of what to automate first.

Design

We choose the systems, the tools and the guardrails, then write the flows in plain language so your team can check them.

Build

We build it into your tools and test it on real cases before it touches a customer.

Optimize

We watch what runs, tune it and hand it over. Then we stay on month to month, or step back until you need us.

Who this is for

Wherever the repeat work lives.

The systems are the same. What they touch is different in each business.

Professional services

Law, accounting and consulting. Intake, document requests, engagement letters and the follow ups between them.

Home services and trades

Quotes, booking, reminders and reviews, so the crew is on site and the phone is still answered.

Clinics and practices

Appointment requests, reminders, intake forms and recalls, with the privacy rules built in.

Real estate and property

Inquiry response, viewing scheduling, applicant follow up and maintenance requests.

Retail and e-commerce

Order updates, returns, stock alerts and the customer questions that arrive at midnight.

Agencies and studios

Lead qualification, proposals, onboarding and reporting, so the team spends its hours on client work.

Size the problem

What is the repeat work costing you?

Move the sliders to match your business. The result is an estimate from your own numbers, a way to size the problem rather than a promise from us.

Hours use a 52 week year. Revenue is cold leads, times your usual win rate, times the deal value. Change any slider and the figures follow.

Two minute diagnostic

Is automation worth a call for you?

Seven questions. The reading at the end is plain, and one of the possible answers is no.

Does someone re-type the same information into more than one tool?

Do new inquiries wait more than an hour for a first reply?

Do follow ups get missed when the week gets busy?

Are reports built by hand from exports?

Does booking a meeting take several messages back and forth?

Do customers ask the same questions over and over?

Does a process stop when one particular person is out?

FAQ

The questions that come up before the first call.

It replaces the parts of their week they would rather not do. The systems handle the re-typing, the chasing and the routing. The judgment calls stay with people, and every automation has a way to hand a case to one.

No. We build into the CRM, inbox, calendar and billing tools you already run. If one of them is the actual problem, we will say so, but a migration is never the starting point.

It stays in your accounts. We agree in writing what a system may read and write before we build it. Nothing is used to train a public model. Where a rule like HIPAA applies, the design starts from it, and where the data cannot leave at all we run the model on your own hardware.

Every system is built to fail safely. When it is unsure it stops and asks a person, and every action it takes is logged so you can see what happened and why. We test on real cases before anything reaches a customer.

You do. The code, the accounts and the documentation are yours from day one. We hand over full access and train your team to run it. If you would like us to keep watching it, we are glad to work something out.

No. If one small automation solves the real problem, that is what we build. If none of it will pay for itself, we tell you on the first call.

Tell us where the hours go.

Thirty minutes. You leave with a ranked list of what to automate first, whether or not you hire us.
