Track four · Brand and marketing

the brand people remember, and the messages that bring them back.

Logo, design system, social posts and reels, newsletters, email, text messages and the Google reviews that follow. Designed and written by one team, in one voice, and measured by what they bring in.

What you are getting

Designed, written and shipped

The people who set the brand are the people who post in it.

In your voice

Every caption, subject line and text reads like you, not like a template.

Measured by revenue

Followers are a number. Bookings, orders and repeat customers are the goal.

What is included

Everything from the logo to the message that brings a customer back.

Take the whole track, or the part of it you are missing.

Your logo and look

A logo, colors, fonts and a tone of voice, written down as simple rules. Then ready-made templates for posts, emails, decks and pages, so anyone on your team can make something that looks right without asking a designer.

Built forA business whose look changes with whoever made the last flyer.

Social media presence

A calendar, then the posts, reels and stories to fill it, written and designed to the system. We reply to comments in your voice or hand you the playbook to do it.

Built forAn account where the last post was months ago.

Newsletters and email

A newsletter people open, plus the sequences behind it. Welcome, follow up, win back and the offer that goes out before a quiet month.

Built forA list that has not heard from you since it signed up.

Text notifications

Appointment reminders, order updates, review requests and the occasional offer, sent only to people who opted in and with a way out in every message.

Built forA business that loses bookings to no-shows and forgotten follow ups.

Reviews and reputation

A text after the visit asking for a review, sent to the people who had a good one. Then every Google review answered in your voice, the glowing ones and the ones that sting.

Built forA business with happy customers and a Google page that does not show it.

Growth and measurement

What to promote this month, based on what sold last month. Then the sales and bookings afterward, so you know which post, email or text brought the business in.

Built forAn owner who wants marketing to show up in revenue, not only in likes.

How it works

Three steps, start to finish.

Brand first

We set or sharpen the logo, colors, type and voice, and write them down as a system. Everything after this comes from it.

Calendar and cadence

We agree what goes out where and how often, then build the templates and sequences so it can keep going without a scramble.

Publish and measure

Posts, emails and texts go out on schedule. Each month you see what earned, and the plan changes to match.

What you get

What is different when one team owns the brand and the marketing.

  • A logo and a system you can hand to anyone
  • Posts and reels that look like the same business every time
  • A newsletter that goes out when it says it will
  • Reminders and updates that cut no-shows and support calls
  • More Google reviews, and every one of them answered
  • A monthly report on what the marketing actually brought in
  • Every account, file and template in your name

Who this is for

Wherever your marketing is right now.

No brand yet

A name and a business, and a logo someone made in an afternoon. We build the identity and the system around it.

Accounts that went quiet

The pages exist. The last post was months ago. We restart the calendar and keep it running.

A Google page that undersells you

Regulars love you and the reviews do not show it. We ask at the right moment and answer every one.

Marketing nobody can measure

Posts go out, emails go out and no one can say what they brought in. We connect the tracking and report on it every month.

Selected work

Size the gap

What are the customers you never follow up with worth?

Most businesses serve someone once and never speak to them again. Move the sliders to size what that is worth over a year.

Your estimate, a year

0

customers a year you never contact again

0

of them who would come back if you did

0

what those return visits are worth

Every figure here comes from the shares you set. Nothing assumes a campaign works better than you told it to. Change any slider and the figures follow.

FAQ

The questions that come up before the first call.

Send us what you have. Often the logo is fine and what is missing is the system around it, the colors, type and templates that make everything match. We will tell you which it is before you commit to anything.

We do, in your voice, from a short set of rules we write with you at the start. You approve before anything goes out, and the approvals get faster as the voice settles.

Either. We can run the calendar month to month, or set up the system and templates and train your team to run it. The accounts are yours in both cases.

Not the way we send them. Texts go only to people who opted in, mostly as reminders and updates they asked for, with a way to stop in every message. Offers are rare and worth opening. That is also what the law requires, and we set it up that way from the start.

Answer it, quickly and without arguing. We draft a reply that owns what went wrong, says what you will do about it and moves the conversation offline. Future customers read the reply more closely than the review.

You do. Source files, templates, accounts and subscriber lists are in your name from day one. If you stop working with us, everything keeps working.

No. If a newsletter is the one thing that would move your business, that is what we build. If what you have already works, we will tell you plainly instead of finding more work to bill.

Send us your accounts.

We will tell you what we would post, send and change first, before you commit to anything.
