From idea to launch

you have the idea. we build the whole thing.

No technical co-founder, no agency handoffs, no six months of nothing to show. We take your idea through design, words and engineering to a product real customers can use, then keep it running and show you what it is earning.

What you are getting

One team, no handoffs

The people who design it are the people who build it and put it live.

A prototype first

You see it and test it with real people before the expensive part starts.

Yours from day one

Code, designs and every account in your name. You are never locked in.

What is included

Everything between the idea and the first paying customer.

Take the whole journey, or pick up where your last attempt stopped.

Shaping the idea

A few conversations to work out what the first version has to do, who it is for and what we can leave out. Most ideas get smaller and better here.

Built forAn idea that is clear in your head and fuzzy on paper.

A clickable prototype

Every screen designed and linked, so you can walk through the product and put it in front of ten potential customers before we write a line of code.

Built forA founder who wants to test before spending on a build.

Every word inside it

Buttons, onboarding, messages and, if it has one, the chat or assistant. Written so a first time user knows what to do without a tutorial.

Built forA product that has to explain itself.

The build

Front end and back end from one team. Accounts, payments, data, the connections to other tools and screens that match the prototype exactly.

Built forA first version that has to work, not only demo.

Launch and the weeks after

We put it live, watch it and fix what real users find. Then we hand over, or stay on month to month.

Built forA launch that has to survive contact with customers.

Numbers you can act on

Sign ups, activation, payments and where people drop off, set up from day one so you know what to build next.

Built forA founder who wants the next decision to come from data.

How it works

Three steps, start to finish.

Tell us the idea

Rough is fine. A paragraph and a call. We will tell you plainly whether it is ready to build, and what the smallest useful version looks like.

We design it and you test it

A clickable prototype in weeks, not months. You put it in front of real people and we change it based on what they do.

We build, launch and stay

Screens and engine from one team, then live. We stay for the first weeks, then hand over everything in your name or keep working with you.

What you get

What is different when one team takes it all the way.

  • A prototype real people can try before you spend on the build
  • A product that works the way it looked in the design
  • Every word inside it written so new users know what to do
  • An engine underneath that holds up when customers arrive
  • Live and watched for the first weeks, not launched and left
  • Code, designs and accounts in your name from day one

Who this is for

Wherever you are starting from.

An idea and nothing else

No designs, no code, no team. We shape it, design it and take the first version live.

A prototype that stalled

You got as far as screens or a half built app. We pick it up and finish it.

A business adding a product

You run something that works and want software to go with it. We build the product to fit the business.

A founder burned before

The last agency delivered late, or delivered something you could not change. We build it so you own it.

Size the gap

What does every month before launch cost you?

A product that is not live yet earns nothing. Set the sliders to your own plan. The figures are worked out from what you enter, an estimate rather than a promise from us.

Your estimate

0

of revenue you do not earn before launch

0

hours a year on the manual version

0

what those hours are worth a year

The first figure is what you expect it to earn a month, multiplied by the months before it is live. Hours use a 52 week year. Change any slider and the figures follow.

FAQ

The questions that come up before the first call.

No. Most of the founders we work with are not technical. We explain every decision in plain words, you approve what matters and we handle the rest. You never need to read code to know what is going on.

A clickable prototype usually takes two to four weeks. A working first version most people can use takes two to four months, depending on what it has to do. We will give you a range on the first call and a written scope before we start.

It depends on what the first version has to do, and we will tell you before you commit to anything. What we will not do is quote a number before we understand the idea, because that number would be wrong. The first call is free and ends with a range.

Yes, from day one. The repository, the design files, the hosting and every account are in your name. If you stop working with us, everything keeps running and any engineer can pick it up.

We will tell you, on the first call. Sometimes the right answer is a smaller version, a prototype to test first or a spreadsheet and a landing page before any software. We would rather say so than build the wrong thing.

Yes. Send yours or ask for ours. Either way, your idea stays yours.

We stay close for the first few weeks to fix what real users find. After that you can keep us month to month for new features and upkeep, or take everything in house. Both are normal.
