Either. Most often an engineer joins your team, works in your process and reports to your lead. If there is no lead, we can run the piece of work ourselves and report to you. We will say which we recommend on the first call.
Senior. The people who scope the work are the people who do it, and they have built and run production systems before, including at Meta. We do not hand your project to someone junior after the sale.
Two weeks. Long enough to ship something real and document it. Most engagements run six to twelve weeks, and some become month to month.
Yes, always. Your repository, your branches, your pull request reviews, your chat and your ticketing. We adapt to your process rather than asking you to adopt ours.
It was always yours. It lives in your repository, with tests, documentation and the setup steps your next engineer will need. Nothing depends on us after we leave.
Modern JavaScript and TypeScript on the front end, with React and Next.js most often. Node, Python and Go on the back end, with Postgres and the usual cloud services. If your stack is different, ask. We will tell you plainly whether it is a fit.
There is no placement fee and no fixed term. You get a small team that already works together, has a designer and a writer beside it when you need them, and hands over documented work. If you want to hire the person full time afterward, we will talk about it.
